Guest Group Rental Rates

Weekend Rates

Rates are for a 24-hour period PLUS Utilities.

• $10.00/person per 24-hour period
• Minimum $100.00 per  24-hour period
• Deposit $100.00

Cancelations

Cancelations must be made 4 weeks (28 calendar days) prior to the date of reservation or the minimum rate of $100.00 is required. Deposit will be forfeited unless the reserved date is rented to another group. If we rent the dates of your cancelled reservation, only a $30.00 service fee will be charged and all other money will be refunded. 

Midweek Rates

(Mon.-Thurs.) Rates are for a 24-hour period PLUS Utilities.

• $5.00/person per 24-hour period
• Minimum $50.00 per  24-hour period
• Deposit $50.00

Cancelations

Cancelations must be made 4 weeks (28 calendar days) prior to the date of reservation or the minimum rate of $50.00 is required. Deposit will be forfeited unless the reserved date is rented to another group. If we rent the dates of your canceled reservation, only a $30.00 service fee will be charged and all other money will be refunded.

Day Use Rates

(No Overnight)

• $100.00/per day
• Deposit $50.00

Weekly Rates

Rates are for a calendar day PLUS Utilities.

• $10.00/person per day
• Minimum $500.00 per day for the first 50 people
• Additional people at $9.00 per person per day
• Deposit $900.00

Cancelations

• If cancellation is made 6 months in advance, you will forfeit our deposit reservation fee.
• If less than 6 months cancellation is made, you will be responsible for the minimum rate ( $500 per day).
• If less than 6 months we rent the dates of your canceled reservation, only a $30.00 service fee will be charged and all other money will be refunded.
